It was filthy, infested with cockroaches, and the odor was awful.

The location was fine, but the room was dirty, full of dead bugs, the dog area had a broken mirror and was unclean, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, and the floors were not cleaned.

It was good, but the price was a downside.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, yet I didn’t get a ground‑floor room and there was no breakfast.
