The apartment is really well located, right in the heart of the old town yet tucked into a small side street off the main road, which keeps it quiet even though the window faces the street. Breakfast isn’t in the apartment but that didn’t bother us at all and let us try local pastries, even taking it late. Communication via WhatsApp was clear and precise. The apartment is a bit worn and damp, with mold spots and peeling paint – normal for an old building – and a little extra would be nice for the newly refaced shower tiles. But honestly, given the price, location and service, we’re not disappointed.

The location was good. The management was done by the guests, and there was no soap in the apartment.

The location was in the city center, very close to all the sights, restaurants and terraces, as well as shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, featuring period elements and basic yet decent amenities. It would have been useful to have at least two glasses and/or cups, as well as shampoo in the bathroom, not just hand soap. Breakfast was served at a café a five-minute walk from the location; the selection was somewhat limited, but the food was fresh and tasty. Communication with the host was quite difficult, and there was no one on-site to provide assistance, except for the cleaning staff, who were present only in the morning and spoke exclusively Italian. An aspect that disappointed me was that the city tax charged by the host was double the amount stated in the reservation. Although the sum wasn't significant, I didn't appreciate the lack of fairness
