Check‑in was quick, the front desk staff were friendly, the room was spacious and tidy, and the morning meal was delicious.

This was my third stay while traveling. It was disappointing that the rock bath was broken and unusable; please keep up the maintenance.

Breakfast arrived in a cardboard box left at the door at 6 am; that was fine, as I don’t think the hotel has a catering kitchen. The rooms are immaculately clean, huge, and lavish, but that’s intentional. The parking garage sits on the ground floor, right beside the lobby. Since I’m not a native Japanese speaker, I didn’t realize that this place isn’t a traditional overnight hotel but instead mainly caters to short‑term room rentals for couples. That’s not a problem per se, but I might have chosen a different place had I known its primary business from the start.
