We were again fully satisfied, the relaxation effect was outstanding, and everything seemed to fit perfectly. The only issue was the vegan selection at the lunch buffet, which was practically nonexistent; we’ve complained about it several times before. Perhaps some of the breakfast items could be reused for lunch.

The place is absolutely stunning; we stayed there for just one night while traveling long distances, chosen purely by chance. From the moment we arrived we were drawn in by the beauty, calm, friendly staff, and delicious food, and we’ll definitely return.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and considerate. From the first moment you felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Everything was optimal.

I especially liked the outdoor area! The idyllic courtyard, the many small courtyards with seating, and of course the park along the Franconian Saale. The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great!
