The bed was comfy and the staff were really helpful, but that's where the positives end. The bathroom was a mess, the water heater wasn't working, and the water pipe in the Camod (I think that's the shower area?) was loose. Not great.

I was really put off when I arrived and had to wait almost two hours for my room to be ready. But things took a turn for the worse when I was at reception and some guests started complaining that there had been no water supply to their rooms for three days. I decided on the spot that I wasn't going to risk staying there.

The room was a total disaster - no ventilation, no window, and it felt like a tiny box. I couldn't take it.

The location's not bad, but that's about it. The room was a letdown - no storage space, no mirror in the bedroom or bathroom, and I was given a non-AC room despite booking an AC one. And don't even get me started on the lack of hangers or hooks for clothes.
