The location is very convenient, the furnishings are pleasant, the bed is very comfortable, everything is spotless, water is available. The staff only greet you at arrival and you can only reach them by phone. The bathroom has a walk‑in shower with a curtain that’s poorly fixed, and only a handheld shower head works because the nozzle is unusable. There’s no bidet even though the fittings and space are there; as an Italian I wanted a bidet. The bathroom has a window, but it’s very high—about two metres—so you can’t close it, and it was cool in the morning. All these issues are minor and easily fixed. Breakfast is all pre‑packed, which I didn’t like.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot close to the main piazzas, rooms are big with good showers and charming old touches, breakfast downstairs is adequate, Brescia is worth visiting and this is a handy base, and the metro, bar and restaurants are nearby.

The room was super clean and really nice! It was well furnished and I felt very comfortable. Unfortunately the room was right next to the kitchen and breakfast area, so I was woken at 07:00 by guests making coffee and eating breakfast, but I was able to fall back asleep several times.

The location was excellent, very central, everything within walking distance! Key handover was smooth and the host was very friendly. The breakfast (self‑service from the fridge) was varied and good, but almost everything was in plastic packaging and only toast bread was offered.
