I liked the resort's restaurants and the cleanliness of my room - that was a plus. The staff at the restaurants were friendly, which was great. However, I wasn't a fan of the pool options - they were either scorching hot or freezing cold. The beds were also really hard, and the spa prices were out of the question.

This hotel's size is overshadowed by its poor service and maintenance issues. The room I was given was located at the back, with a small, dirty bathroom that desperately needs renovation. The staff seemed completely uninterested, which made for a pretty frustrating stay. Overall, it's clear they need to work on their attitude and cleanliness.
