I didn’t like the lack of courtesy from the staff/receptionist. They didn’t help move or carry our luggage inside the riad, and they showed no willingness to assist when we asked for transport to the airport to take our luggage to the transfer pick‑up point. Their attitude was consistently rude from the start. The area around the riad isn’t very pleasant to look at, but despite that we never felt unsafe.

The bed is fine. The suite terrace has a nauseating odor.

The Riad is about 5 walking minutes from the souks, yet it sits in a very quiet spot, and most sights can be reached on foot. The staff are very friendly, and getting breakfast outside the normal times was no problem, which was very pleasant.

The Riad was beautiful, with friendly and helpful people, and the breakfast was tasty. However, there was no fridge in the room, so it was not possible to, for example, chill a bottle of water.
