The place was spotlessly clean and only 2 minutes from San Marco square, 5 minutes from the San Zachariah boat stop; the staff were super friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was decent, but the room felt cramped with a narrow bed and there was no shampoo.

Sehr günstiges italienisches Frühstück mit sehr gutem Kaffee um nur 7 Euro zubuchbar war absolut ausreichend und völlig ok. Perfekte Lage nur wenige Meter von belebtem Platz mit Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Ca 300 Meter bis zum Markusplatz. Ca. 200 Meter bis zum Meer
