The hotel was wonderful in terms of location and staff. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in need of renovation. The flooring was very dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom still used a shower curtain. The pillows were uncomfortable; I woke up with a stiff neck

We had a decent room, but it was old and the bathroom needed an upgrade; the shower was terrible, the floors were cracked and unattractive, and there were hairs on the sheets. Breakfast didn’t impress, and the front‑desk lady wasn’t friendly, yet the cookies were tasty.
