The location of this place is fantastic, with bus stops just a short walk away that can take you anywhere in Penang. The room itself was spotless and quiet, which was a nice surprise given the morning market nearby. However, the mosquitoes were a real nuisance, buzzing around my head while I tried to sleep.

This hotel has it all: a fantastic location that's within walking distance to everything, lovely service levels that make you feel welcome, and a fantastic size suite that's well-equipped and comfortable. The only downsides are the early morning noise from the nearby market and the steep stairs leading up to the lofts, not to mention the multilevel parking system.

The hotel's central location is a major plus, and while the early morning market set up at 5am can be a bit noisy, it's not too bad. However, the steep staircase is a real challenge, especially when trying to haul luggage up.

The location was super convenient for exploring the nearby night markets, but that's where the positives end. The house is down a narrow alley and we had trouble finding it the first time - it's not exactly easy to spot. The outdoor toilet was a major issue, it was scorching hot and crawling with ants, we had to rinse it with water every time we used it. And don't even get me started on the steep wooden staircase we had to lug our luggage up - it was a real challenge, especially with big bags.

I was really impressed with the lovely suite, which had a comfortable sofa and was well-located for exploring the area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance, and many more just a bus ride away. The staff even provided a suggested itinerary and discounts with local partners, which was a thoughtful touch.
