The rooftop terrace is nice, but they couldn’t charge the same price twice; this isn’t five stars, it’s two stars. Room cleaning was missing, the photos were misleading, I definitely don’t recommend it. Breakfast was forgetful, always the same low quality, we only tried it once. We paid five euros for coffee in the morning, but the neighbor’s table didn’t have to pay. Food was barely edible, served from a freezing cold side; total disappointment. No room cleaning, no Wi‑Fi. The bar was kind but they couldn’t charge the same amount for the same consumption twice, depending on the shift. The area is awful. I don’t recommend it.

The hotel’s location is good, a short taxi ride to the Pyramids and museum, and the tour we booked through the hotel was excellent and fairly priced, so I highly recommend it for convenience. The rooms were clean, and having tea and coffee facilities in the room was a plus. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Note that the hotel occupies only one floor of a building; the rest of the building isn’t maintained, but if you ignore that the hotel itself is clean and safe. Security is good. Breakfast was served on a covered rooftop terrace with pyramid views, which is nice. Free Wi‑Fi was good in our room.
