I was upgraded to the Euler suite, giving me a large room, and the location was perfect with the SBB station and all trams right outside; the fan in the bathroom kept running nonstop and couldn’t be turned off.

The functionality and location were solid, but the building layout was confusing.

The room was clean, friendly and centrally located, but the street‑side room was extremely loud, very echo‑prone, people were under the window all night, and the isolation was poor.

The place was in a perfect spot, just a stone’s throw from both the train station and the city centre, and the staff were super friendly; I only stayed one night so I can’t think of anything else.
