Each air‑conditioned room showcases unique, elegant décor, a minibar, and LCD TV. The building lacks a lift, but staff arrange concert and theatre tickets. Nearby, La Fenice Theatre, Accademia Gallery, and Sant’Angelo water bus stop are within minutes.

The room was beautiful, with great windows and super comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, and everything was within an easy walk. I loved the location. The only downside was the many steps to climb, but it was well worth it.

The location is superb, close to major sights and vaporetto stops. The room is quiet, and the terrace is magnificent with a 360‑degree view of Venice’s rooftops. Breakfast was provided the day before for a departure outside the usual service times. The only issue is that there is no elevator, so it’s not recommended for people with mobility problems. The breakfast was very good but could be improved with even fresher items like a seasonal fruit salad or hot dishes such as omelette or bacon.

I loved the location, being close to restaurants and major sites, and the place was lovely for watching the sunset over Venice from the rooftop terrace. I’ll definitely come back. I loved everything.

A truly special stay, made even brighter by the kindness and readiness of the entire staff! ❤️ From the very first moment we felt warmly welcomed and attended to. Everyone at the reception was incredibly sweet, always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. A special thanks for fulfilling a particular request: writing a note and having it placed in my friend's room. That small gesture meant a lot to us and made the stay even more exciting and unforgettable. It’s these heartfelt attentions that make a difference and turn a simple stay into a beautiful memory. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful hospitality! You made our experience in Venice even more magical. We will definitely return with great pleasure! ❤️✨
