“CÉNTRICO PERO DECEPCIONANTE”
We booked a suite in the city center – rooms were clean, but we were missing a free water bottle and a more uniform set of bath products. Every bottle had a different scent and brand, and there was no body lotion at all – something a boutique hotel should offer. The sauna/jacuzzi was under maintenance; we only found out after asking, not when we checked in. Breakfast was a bit thin, no sweets. With better options around Filandia, I probably wouldn’t come back.

The suite is a must‑try – the bed is amazing, it’s right next to the main park and the staff are super friendly. I’ll definitely come back.

The place feels modern, rooms are spacious with roomy bathrooms, and the cleanliness is spot‑on. The staff are super attentive. The dining room is tiny and the surroundings are kinda plain, but breakfast is tasty and Mrs. Gladis is very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure we’re happy.

The bed was super comfy, breakfast was full‑fledged, staff were friendly. Even though we had a street‑front room, we never heard any noise. The parking service, though a few blocks away, was spot on. Totally recommend!
