Property was in a good location. Staff were nice and helpful and when we alerted them to a problem they went above and beyond to sort it and make us feel comfortable. There was an a few issues with the room when we first arrived, we told the staff and they moved us to another room which was helpful. The original room had ants coming up through the floor and even though we booked a “superior double” it was tiny. The property is down a not very nice alley. Not all the rooms are located here though. They have 3 buildings along this alleyway so some people are required to walk down a lot more of it. For the price we paid, it feels bad to moan however the basic hygiene of the rooms needs to be sorted

The staff were very friendly and helped me carry my heavy kite bag up to the room. The lift was unfortunately broken. Still, the room was good and well‑maintained, and we slept well without disturbances.

The spot is great, surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants.

The hotel was close to everything I needed and overall excellent, but the room I stayed in was a bit too small and I could hear the other guests at night through the glass door, as if I was sharing a room with them; next time I'll book a slightly larger room, even though the hotel itself is very good.
