Jake was amazing and accommodating; the room felt cozy and homey.

The only good thing was the location. Towels, toiletries, a bin, coffee/tea, and cutlery were missing. The TV was useless—no antenna, apps didn't work, it was wall‑mounted and awkwardly angled, making it hard to use. The bin stayed full the whole stay. Ants swarmed the kitchen. The bathroom needed TLC: broken tails, no toilet paper. Luckily I only used it to sleep.

The staff were nice, but the bathroom facilities were terrible. The mattress was past its use date and very uncomfortable.
