The two front‑desk guys were incredibly friendly and helped me with everything – the best service I've ever received (I work in a 5‑star Forbes hotel), so that's a real compliment! The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but for a couple of nights it was fine.

The location was good and the breakfast was magnificent. However, it was under construction and it was hard to get in.

The breakfast was good, but the parking was full because of an event outside the hotel; we had to explain that we didn't have a parking ticket to leave without being charged.
