woke up to zero water could not even flush the toilet let alone have a shower had to use the water from the mini bar to brush teeth and then got charged £19:59 for it, maintenance came and said the filter must be blocked disappeared and never returned, this is meant to be a luxury hotel not a budget i expect better this is the 3rd time we have stayed here the two tines before were brilliant but never again half the hotel was closed

The location was great. However, housekeeping entered the room twice without knocking, and the noise kept us from sleeping.

We ended up in a room that looked better than what we had booked; it was very cozy, spotless, and the TV was huge. The bathroom was clean and the shower room was roomy. Double‑layered windows kept most street noise out, though we could still hear the bar below, but it wasn’t too loud. The elevator was broken, so we had to climb a few flights of stairs, which was a bit hard because of mobility issues.

Everything was noisy, club music played until 5 am, no hot water all day, breakfast was just a pastry and a cereal bar, and it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel! The location is great, all the spots we visited were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area gets loud in the evening and night from bars and clubs, but we brought earplugs, so that was no problem. The hotel has a somewhat risqué vibe, the room felt cozy, and we really liked the bed. Highly recommended for a couple getaway!
