The upper‑floor condo was lovely, with a sofa and comfortable chair, not just a two‑person seat; I loved the balconies with ocean views, and the glass doors let me see the view even while sitting on the sofa. The tiny kitchen had everything I needed.

The grounds were beautiful, and the walkway to the beach was nice; the amenities were good. Nothing was bad, except the pull‑out sofa mattress was very thin and there was trouble with the key to the door handle.

The location was great. The fan in the room didn’t work, and the repair was impossible because it required a special remote. The chair on the patio broke when my husband sat on it; he doesn’t weigh much, but he’s 200 pounds. The room needed a better cleaning. The tub drains slowly, so the water stays ankle‑deep while showering.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The parking was secure and there was direct beach access. All was perfect.
