The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and considerate, and I loved the family involvement. Breakfasts were good. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. I liked everything about the place; the only small comment would be to add a full‑length mirror.

The spot is gorgeous, making a trip to Cornwall a breeze, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The ground‑floor room worked out great for our chihuahua, complete with a comfy bed, a lovely shower, and a range of toiletries and drinks. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t part of the price, even though we booked an overnight stay with The Sun Inn where breakfast is normally included.

Being right next to Coate Water Park was a perk, but we ended up with an upstairs room, which was a hassle with our dog who can’t climb stairs—carrying her around wasn’t fun. We’ve stayed here many times before and never had this issue.
