There’s a lot to appreciate about this property, but I was especially drawn to the lovely garden, the stained‑glass panels in the walls, the antique mirror at the entrance, and the mix of contemporary and classic books available. Joseph was very helpful whenever I needed assistance. The location is just a short skip and jump from the Ralph Avenue Subway Station, which made getting around a breeze. I did arrive during a time when Brooklyn was swarming with mosquitoes, but Josef supplied mosquito coils in the garden, which was a big help!

The apartment turned out to be even more spacious than we had imagined, and it looks absolutely stunning. The spot is gorgeous, and Joseph was incredibly friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place!

The rooms were very spacious and clean, with only a minor drawback that it was a little far from the train station but nothing crazy.
