The hotel was excellent with superb staff who went above and beyond to welcome us on a family trip celebrating a 95th birthday; Mahmoud, the front‑office clerk, was first‑rate in arranging transport, a wheelchair, and other needs, while Emma, the breakfast room manager, also went out of her way to organize an impromptu lunch; front‑desk and breakfast staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, adding nice birthday touches; the rooms were relatively spacious for Paris, with comfortable beds, clean modern bathrooms, good air conditioning, and a great location near the Champs‑Élysées and many cafes and restaurants; overall we had a lovely, memorable stay, although a nightclub opposite kept us up at 3‑4 am with its noise—though that wasn't the hotel’s fault—and better lighting in the rooms would have helped.
