Hotel Alexander

The hotel is centrally located, modern, and clean. The soap dispenser has been empty for a long time, and the sink looks like a shower. Breakfast is very sparse; nothing is refilled after 9 am. The air conditioning cools well but cannot be regulated—just on or off, so you either freeze in the middle of the night or sweat. The mattress is fine but has a deep dent. The shower is mediocre; the handheld shower sprays in all directions, and the head shower drips only halfheartedly.

Anissa and Zorina were unsettlingly attentive binoculars, always ready to help and inform; the only downside was having to settle in at Ksamil.

I liked the location and that the place was clean with a balcony. It could use a little updating, but overall the hotel is nice.

The place was very clean and the staff especially friendly, but we had to move from a ground‑floor room to an upper‑floor one because it was already extremely loud early in the morning; the move went smoothly.
