The staff at this place are absolute gems - super friendly and efficient
The room was spotless and cozy
It's a bit of a trek to get to the city centre

“Very nice rooms with lovely mattress and linen.”
The bed was good. There was no swimming pool or green space.
“My stay was good though i spent very little time there, since i was involved in activities outside”
Breakfast could use more variety. The location was okay. The hot shower facility needs improvement.
Everything was great except the rooftop party on day two that made the noise a bit annoying.
The bed was comfortable. The hotel’s address was listed incorrectly in , so when I arrived at the posted location I called and discovered the hotel was actually 2.2 km away. Use the Google Maps address and don’t be misled by the wrong GPS coordinates and address . I had specifically booked a spot in town, so it was frustrating to find out that this hotel is actually on the highway. I asked for help to secure an early‑morning taxi to Mt. Longonot, but the receptionist never confirmed the taxi despite assurances that it was confirmed. That morning I had to wait 25 minutes for a taxi to arrive, leaving at 7:30‑7:40 instead of 7:00. Breakfast is advertised as open from 6:30 to 9:30, but it isn’t really ready until 6:50. Normally I’m pretty relaxed, but I wanted to start early on Mt. Longonot to avoid the mid‑day sun, so I was frustrated to be waiting for staff to unwrap the food and set up the buffet. The hotel is noisy, as the tile floor carries echoes from others who open/close doors at night.
