The front‑desk staff were okay, but I didn’t appreciate that they let people sit and eat breakfast before bringing the bill; I had a voucher yet they still charged me for breakfast one day, and I was double‑charged.

The location, pool, and gym were excellent, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, close to one of the biggest shopping malls in the area, but the breakfast service was very slow and it took a long time to refill empty dishes.

Das Frühstück war reichlich, die Lage des Hotel wunderbar, und es gibt keine Beanstandung.
