The staff were mostly friendly and very accommodating, especially the Greek guy at the desk—he was a real mensch. I was disappointed that, as a kosher hotel, guests must check out on Shabbos or Yom Tov, and the only alternative was a £100 fee to hold the room until Motzei Shabbos.

The location is great, the old‑world feel is preserved while the fit‑out is modern, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing to note otherwise.
