The food was good and the 24‑hour kiosk was helpful. The hotel feels very dated, has cleanliness problems, the elevator was out of service on the first day, the check‑in process was terrible and delayed because of staff shortages and room turnaround, the price is far too high for what you get, and the hotel sits deep inside a corporate park that’s still under construction.

“Another Hilton that lives up to the high standards of the famous brand.”

The NRG café offered a great selection of favorite breakfast items—fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, with a surprising grits‑with‑cheese dish. I checked in at 10:30 pm and the desk clerk (I think her name was Maureen) was very helpful; there were many guests waiting that evening, yet she stayed calm and handled everyone efficiently—a solid staff member. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, with a good mattress and comforter. I was disappointed that I didn’t receive double points for my stay, even though I had opted into the Double Points promo as a Hilton Gold Honors member and had booked the room; I’d like to know if this can be corrected.

“I’ll look elsewhere next time”

The location is great, but the layout feels like a maze with a long walk through many dark hallways to reach the elevator, and it’s noisy. Plus, I had to pay $46 for one night’s parking.

The front desk staff, Ashley, was very helpful, patient, and professional. However, the man at the Ruth steakhouse front desk was rude and disrespectful; after I informed him of our party size, he ignored me, made me wait with no other guests around, and didn’t greet me. When I requested a baby high chair, he brought it but didn’t set it up correctly.
