Breakfast was mediocre. There wasn’t enough staff, waiting for tea was necessary, the teabags were worn and dull, the coffee machine ran out of milk, the yogurt was runny like it had been left out, nothing offered was particularly tasty except maybe the first morning’s oatmeal. The pet fee was twice as high as at other, better accommodation in Rakvere. The towels were thin and didn’t dry during the night. When we left the towels on the bathroom floor for the usual change, they were not replaced during cleaning but were lifted back onto the floor to dry, so we didn’t even know which towel belonged to whom. When I went to the reception to sort it out before 20:00, the staff had already left, so we had no chance to get a shower after the exhibition day.
