The price was very cheap, so were the rooms. Nice view of the harbor. Felt safe. The breakfast was virtually “no breakfast”, a muffin and a cup of coffee? No ice anywhere on the property, no glasses in the room (only a small plastic cup). Having to request basics in the room (ie, a glass, a spoon, a coffee maker) is not acceptable. A/C was squeaky.

Close to airport. I paid for a 2‑bed hotel room but they downgraded me and only gave me a 50% discount for 1 night when I booked for 2 nights. When one of my guests checked in, we specifically said we had reservations through booking. They acknowledged it and saw our reservation but still charged my guests for the night. They refunded on the next morning but were surprised that they had charged for the room that we already prepaid.
