Location, room(s), breakfast. I was joining a tour and booked to arrive a day early to rest and relax. However, they couldn't put me in the tour room so I had to pack up and move after one night. I don't really understand that

The property was very nice and clean, but the pillows were so hard that I had to buy my own to sleep.

It was clean, but the room was small and the price high. The staff seemed miserable when we asked for luggage storage, and the bed was small.
