The woman who greeted us at the entrance was very kind. We found a rat on our last night; it came out of the kitchen and headed toward the rooms, leaving us uncomfortable and unable to sleep that night.

A good place to rest, with a warm welcome and very friendly staff.

The service was great, but they didn't offer breakfast.

The manager is very nice and friendly. Checkout is at 9:00 h, but Rodrigo wakes you at 6:00 h. We’re not sure if people live in the building or if they were guests, but from 6 a.m. a group of teenagers shouted at us. Everything else was great! They came to pick us up at the station at 23:00 h and everything was easy.

I liked the facilities, but they didn't match my expectations for the price; the space was very open, the cold was intense, there was no TV or Wi‑Fi, and it was far from Cusco’s center.
