The establishment is very clean, spotless, and ideally located in the heart of Naples. You can do almost everything on foot without needing public transport. It’s on the 5ᵉ floor. You absolutely need a mobile phone because the access code and check‑in details are sent by phone. A small bottle of water upon arrival would also be appreciated. The noise at night is an issue; being in the center of Naples, people sometimes talk loudly outside until 4 am, which can be annoying for light sleepers. There is also a lack of water bottles and coffee.
