The rooms are spotless, tidy, and well maintained, Wi‑Fi is excellent throughout the property, breakfast is fantastic, and every staff member is extremely kind and helpful; we even booked the Red Tour with them and loved the transport, guide, lunch, and all the sights, so if I return to Göreme I’ll definitely book again here—thanks for the warm welcome, we felt at home!

The location is good, in the center with a nice view; however, there was a damp smell, the terraces weren’t as new as pictured, the TV didn’t work, and breakfast wasn’t a buffet.

We had a wonderful stay; the location is great—just a short walk from various shops and restaurants, and a 5‑minute walk to the viewpoint for watching hot‑air balloons at sunrise. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean with AC and a fridge, the bathroom was also very clean and roomy, the staff were friendly and always helped with questions, breakfast was tasty with a wide selection, and if you’re driving you can park for free on the street (though the streets are steep and can be a bit crowded). Another plus is that you can book tourist tours directly at the hotel, which made planning our trip very easy.
