“Beautiful beaches, pools, views, restaurants and excellent service. 10/10”

We ran into a small snag with construction and tile‑cutting on the first level, which woke us up before 9 am for the first two days. What was amazing was how well Zandra and her team handled the situation: the noise stopped immediately. We were offered complimentary breakfasts for the whole stay (a lavish full‑service breakfast), a generous statement credit for the inconvenience, and a room upgrade. She listened, and it was clear they would do whatever it took to make us happy and enjoy our vacation. 10/10 hospitality. We loved the resort and can’t wait to return!

The staff were very attentive, the room very clean, the pool and accessibility great. The pool hours should start after 6 pm, and the food prices are quite high, especially in the gift shop.

Never stayed at Margaritaville because they moved my reservation to a different side (Club Wyndham) within 24 hours before check‑in. I got a phone call after my money was taken, saying I’d be staying at the same hotel but a different side; no valid reason was given. I was contacted through a third party and everything felt like a scam, though it turned out legitimate. I was unhappy with the accommodation without my permission. I booked based on pictures and amenities, only to be placed wherever they wanted. We are part of the Margaritaville/Club Wyndham VIP reward membership, and being treated like that was disappointing.

I'm still trying to process my stay at this place - it was a total mixed bag. The apartments were pretty basic, with old kitchen setups and furniture from the 90s, and the appliances were ancient, like a fridge and microwave that seemed to be from another era. The staff was pretty rude and unprofessional, and the breakfast was disgusting. The area was actually really lovely, but it felt like they were trying to cash in on tourism without putting in any real effort.

“Had the most amazing time the staff is kind and welcoming, the food delicious and beautiful setting”

I had a great stay here - the room and facilities were really beautiful, and the food and drinks were all exceptional. I felt super comfortable and the staff were easy to reach if I needed anything, which was great. One thing I'd love to see is more free drinks, but overall it was a fantastic experience.
