“Bien pero no regreso”
The place is very pretty, the rooms are nice, the staff is attentive, and the location is good, but we couldn’t sleep because there was a intermittent alarm at night that kept us up, and our room faced the pool, which was horrible, plus the church bell rang… We were excited for the pool, only to find out it wasn’t heated, so we couldn’t swim.
“Falta de supervision y mantenimiento”
The proximity to the center and the small parking lot were positives, and the reception staff were well organized, but we couldn’t shower the next morning because the hot water tap was blocked and they couldn’t fix it; we were moved to another temporary room so we could shower, but the hot water still didn’t come out until maintenance checked and fixed it. After that we were given another room where we were better. In two nights of stay we had to be in three rooms, which was a hassle.
“Muy ruidoso”
The common areas were fine, but the room was very uncomfortable, the bed was bad, and there was a lot of noise.
“Excelente ubicación, la atención del personal es muy agradable, fabuloso para ir con la familia”
The location is perfect, but the price is a bit high for what the room is.
“Agradable”
The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and centrally located, but the restaurant was very bad; we only had breakfast there, and the quality was poor, the products were bad, and the coffee was served cold.
