“Nice stay”
The place was clean and well‑located, yet the breakfast could use some work.
“Looking for a respite from the heat, wouldn't stay there again.”
The property was run down, the hot tub was out of service, the first room we checked into had a broken A/C (it was 100⁰ that day), the beds felt like sleeping on plywood, the pillows were overstuffed, the linens were ripped, and more.
“Mediocre”
The furniture was chipped and scratched, the carpet had stains. Haven’t stayed in a hotel where they don’t have lotion. Room service every 3 days. Only 2 towels

The location was nice and close to shops, the staff were friendly and helpful, and my son loved the pool, the noodles, and the beach ball, but the bed and the hidden bed were not very comfortable and the pool water had too many chemicals, leaving our skin and hair feeling awful.
The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room looked nice, but the dining room floor was sticky and the scent that hits you as soon as you walk into the hotel is very overwhelming.
