Front‑desk staff Mario was very friendly and gave me plenty of useful information.
I was told there would be a complimentary breakfast the next day, but they were short on staff to run that part of the hotel, so I had a card that wasn’t worth anything and had to leave to get something to eat. It was still good.
The beds were comfortable, and everything else was great.
The bistro was amazing, and the cook and bartender did an excellent job.
I was charged twice on different cards and have not received a refund despite repeated attempts to contact everyone involved. I’m very upset, will take legal action, and the property manager is unprofessional; she promised to get back to me but has not responded, which is very disappointing.
