Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I liked the quiet spot away from the bustle, the rooms were well equipped, and the on‑site dining was convenient with a decent range of food at a fair price. The cleanliness was fine, except for a few details in the bathroom.

Everything was flawless.

I appreciated that late check‑in was possible, which was important for me. Unfortunately, the AI voice on the phone was terrible – it didn’t understand me, kept repeating the same thing, and tried to route me to a staff member, but no one answered.

Comfortable and clean hotel in a beautiful setting.

The design and facilities, especially the glass wall and the bathroom lighting, were great. However, the check‑in process in Austria felt overly long and demanded too many details; it’s a hotel, not a police station.
