The staff is great, especially Josh—thanks! But only one of the 26‑floor building’s elevators worked, and our room wasn’t cleaned even twice.

The hotel’s location and breakfast were great, but the smoke detector kept buzzing and kept me awake; a technician was called and the battery was replaced.
