The location. I had stayed there previously in 2019. It was practically non‑functioning because it was being renovated. There was no Wi‑Fi in the room. No toiletries were provided. The room was not cleaned for three days despite a request. No one was at the front desk.

I'm really torn about this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which was a major plus. The room itself was also spotless and nicely decorated, which was a great surprise given some of the other issues I had. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have a restaurant on site, which was a bit of a problem for me, and the cleaning staff seemed a bit gruff and unfriendly. Overall, I'm not sure if the rating I saw was accurate, but I did have a decent stay despite the drawbacks.

I was really impressed by the warm welcome I received from Mr Mahindar, the owner, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He's a genuinely nice guy who clearly takes pride in his establishment, and his efforts didn't go unnoticed. The breakfast he prepared was also top-notch, with plenty of options to suit my tastes. However, the rooms themselves were a bit small, but they were spotlessly clean and had everything I needed.

The hotel itself was pretty decent, but the location was a major letdown. We were expecting a more central spot, but ended up being a 20-minute walk from the main attractions. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but it was a bit small. The area around the hotel was also pretty seedy at night, which made us feel a bit uneasy.

This place really hit the mark. The rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and it really felt like they cared. The whole experience was just seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.
