“Clean neat and always welcoming”
The rooms were decent, but the birdpark animals and birds could use more care.

The place was clean and the rooms were roomy, with the surroundings kept tidy and pretty; my kids loved the pool. However, one of our rooms only had a single outlet, making it tough to charge devices and run the fan simultaneously, and there was no direct lighting to the pool area at night. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

There was no DSTV.

The yard was gorgeous, and even though we arrived late we could already see how beautiful the place is—ideal for someone who prefers solitude. The farm was stunning, making it my go‑to spot in New Castle. Unfortunately, the chalet lacked AC, so we were freezing all night, and the toilet leaked.

The area and staff were great. No complaints.
