The reception staff were excellent, they were a perfect 10. The facilities are embarrassing, the mattresses are in their last state, the mattresses are from the 1800s, they let homeless people in, 30 € goes straight to the trash.

Cleanliness and the place itself are very good. They informed me of a computer system problem and chose to give rooms to people who arrived later instead of leaving us, who were already settled, had checked in, and paid the tourist tax.
