We ended up staying longer than planned in a pleasant setting with nice new rooms that were all spotless; the host helped us with everything, gave good advice, and made a great breakfast. The downside is that the entrance hall is right next to the room, so privacy is a bit compromised.
Everything was perfect; nothing to complain about.
The staff were very friendly, though not always available, and if you don’t have WhatsApp you might be left out. The bathroom drain had a terrible smell, and the manager said it was a problem across the island; plus there were constant mosquitoes in the room.

The property was very clean, fully equipped, and they replaced our beach towels whenever we needed them. On the last day I saw that a Maldivian breakfast option was available, but the staff member in charge of the guest‑house didn’t mention it, so we ate the same breakfast each day and missed out on the island’s typical fare.
