The room and hotel had a surprisingly beautiful interior for the price, making it good value. The location wasn’t ideal for us, but we had a car so it didn’t matter. The AC worked well and the room was comfortable. At night you could hear some noises from adjacent rooms, but that didn’t bother us.

The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. However, there was no food or beverage outlet inside the hotel, no halal restaurant or food shop nearby, and no convenient store within walking distance.

The décor was very nice, but the toilet water flow was terrible and the toilet was water‑logged.

The cleanliness was excellent, I liked it. Everything else was fine.

The lobby was pretty, the décor was cute, the rooms were spacious and clean. But the first night the hotel didn’t give us extra blankets, the air‑con was too hot and didn’t cool properly; the unit was 1.0, but it wasn’t positioned near the door or the bed, so the temperature stayed at 16 °C and still felt warm.
