Fantastic location, great staff

The furnishings were acceptable and the pool was pleasant, but the service in the rooftop restaurant was unbelievably poor during the three times we dined there, especially for a hotel at this price point. Overall we got the impression that the management can’t run the property to the star level they advertise.

Very good service, the employees were exceptionally courteous and helpful. There was no wardrobe or clothes rack, so I had to hang all my clothes in the bathroom or attach them to the TV.

Great location. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. Overall, a great stay.

The staff were extremely professional and kind. The room and bed were very comfortable, clean, and close to Milan’s center.
