Quality Resort Siesta

“Great expectations were met.”

The staff were pleasant, the room was large and spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the restaurant food was delicious; we’ll definitely return, and if we’d known how good it was, we’d have altered our plans to stay longer.

“This was our second time staying at QRS and highly recommended. Everything’s awesome and staff were very welcoming”

The accommodation was clean and provided everything we needed during our stay; everything was well prepared and there was nothing to dislike.

“Disappointed.”

The rooms smelled awful—first one had a gross odor mixed with strong cleaning product, and after moving to a second room the cigarette smell persisted; the blinds were broken, and the air‑con seemed unclean, making the smell worse. Breakfast by the pool was not appealing after smelling the rooms. On check‑in we were told the pool would be closed until 7 am for chemical cleaning, which was a surprise since the pool was a main attraction; my 8‑year‑old wouldn’t swim in it that day. We weren’t informed beforehand, and the pool didn’t look like the photos. We checked in at 5:45 pm and didn’t have time to find alternative accommodation before heading to dinner.

The swimming pool was a highlight.

The staff were friendly, the room was a good size, and Foxtel was available, but after staying at least three times over many years, the property is falling into disrepair and needs maintenance throughout; it was once terrific, but it’s time for an update.
