The staff are extremely friendly and incredibly helpful; the beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offers a tasty mix of European and Chinese dishes. It’s close to the famous Wangfujing shopping street, Oriental Plaza mall, and only a few minutes from the subway station. During peak times there are daily European tour groups, which makes breakfast a bit livelier and louder.

The room was clean, especially the shower didn’t leak, and it’s a walkable distance from Wangfujing if you’re willing to walk; the staff were plenty and helped whenever I needed it in the morning or evening. The AC didn’t cool well no matter how low the temperature was set, there were no nearby shops, and the hotel’s shop only sold drinks, which was inconvenient.
