The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms from May to October and heating from November to April, a buffet restaurant, poolside bar, free WiFi, and private paid parking, 10 minutes' walk from Puerto Marina harbour.

The hotel was spotless and well‑situated, though the walk from the beach up to the building was a bit of a climb.

Rooms were very good and staff were also very nice people. Food was very much the same every evening with no theme nights. poor. Not very good for people with mobility issues but taxis were readily available and cheap

The hotel is very well located – everything is close, whether it’s the beach, the port or the center, making it a great base for exploring the area; the meals are tasty and varied, rooms are clean with sea views, the Polish receptionist is friendly and helpful, and the entertainment for both kids and adults is interesting – we are very satisfied with our stay in Benalmádena at this hotel, though there were a lot of loud British tourists and, as a result, the restaurant menu was heavily “English”.
