The approach road and parking were fine, but when we got there at 12 pm after an overnight drive from Hyderabad to Omkareshwar, we asked for a one‑hour early check‑in; the host said we’d need to pay 500 extra per policy, was quite rude, and told us to wait at reception, while another staff member offered check‑in after 30 minutes; the room was small, lacked ventilation, and cost 2600, and after exploring the town we felt there were better hotels for the same price.

I was close to the temple, but the staff and their manager asked for extra money for the stay; he said if you want to stay an extra hour you have to pay for the whole day.

Everything was exceptional: cleanliness, food, staff, bathroom utilities, and space; just add hand towels and bathroom slippers.
